YUM!


You want know what else I love about spring? Answer: the return of the almighty and amazing salad of course.Its finally not that cold out so a salad finally sounds like a fitting meal to me. I just am not that into eating cold things when its cold out. And which salad completely rocks my world? Answer: a Greek salad. It has all the components of deliciousness I could think of. Crunchy romaine lettuce, pungent red onion, salty olives, cool cucumbers, and creamy(and bonus...salty, too) feta. Seriously, what is not to love? Answer: nothing you should for sure be loving it silly. Unfortunately I had to omit the tomatoes because they aren't anywhere near in season and just do not taste right. Then I made the most delish vinaigrette for it with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 capfuls red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon mustard, and salt and pepper. Super easy. Super yummy. Make it even better with chicken or mini falafal balls.

I just love the ways these look.


This is my new favorite mustard. Honey and balsamic dijon. Just the right blend of sweet, tangy,and spicy. I betcha could whip up a batch real easy.
