Deconstructed Sausage and Vegetable Cassoulet.
I made a delish dish today, basically just a mash-up of sausage, beans, and veggies. Its super easy and quick plus it only uses one pan. I used pork sausage because I think it tastes awesome but you could use chicken or turkey sausage or even ground beef. You can also use any type of veggies you have around but I have to say this combo rocked. So its just sausage, 1 onion, some garlic (i like lots), a bunch of collard greens, 1 red pepper, a can of Cannellini beans, and spices to taste (I used cumin, chili powder, salt, and a little mustard, yum).
