Today I made the most delicious juice. One of my NYE's goals is to be healthier overall which includes eating (or drinking) more fruits and especially more vegetables. So today not only did I workout but I also drank a seriously huge glass of the yummiest juice.
So, what was in this most delicious concoction you ask........roll call please:
1 big apple
3 stalks of celery
1 beet
2 1-inch pieces of ginger root
5 carrots
