Today I made the most delicious juice. One of my NYE's goals is to be healthier overall which includes eating (or drinking) more fruits and especially more vegetables. So today not only did I workout but I also drank seriously huge glass of the yummiest juice.
So, what was in this most delicious concoction you ask........roll call please:
1 big apple
1 beet
5 carrots
3 celery stalks
2 1-inch pieces of ginger root
It was delish! I do think that one needs to eat veggies and fruits as well for the fiber and I am guessing maybe you miss some other goodies with all the leftovers, as you will see below there is quite a bit of solid plant matter left behind. That being said I believe juice is a great way to ingest your vitamins. So cheers here's to my roomie whose juicer I get to use and to our health.
